Sweden Takes A Hardening Line on Homeschooling

HSLDA: “A new law which would allow home education only under ‘extraordinary circumstances’ is awaiting finishing touches before it is brought before the entire Swedish Parliament. Unfortunately, the new restrictive law is expected to pass. The Swedish Supreme Administrative Court has completed its obligatory review of the law and simply asked the Parliament to clarify the meaning of ‘extraordinary circumstances.’”
