Delaware lawmakers question child porn billWJZ13: “Members of a state Senate panel expressed serious concerns Wednesday about a bill being pushed by the attorney general’s office that would allow civil lawsuits for possession of child pornography. The bill proposed by Attorney General Beau Biden is intended to expose purveyors of child pornography to civil liability to victims of child exploitation. It would allow a victim to sue any person who participates in the production of child pornography or who ‘knowingly possesses’ such images.” SB 158: An act relating to a civil remedy for victims of child sexual exploitation or child pornography.
