Survey shows young Britons don’t know Cromwell

Daily Mail: “An alarming number of young people do not know the difference between Oliver Cromwell from Horatio Nelson, a survey shows. The poll of 18- to 24-year-olds found that 45 per cent of young Britons did not know Nelson led the British to victory at the Battle Of Trafalgar, and 28 per cent thought that Trafalgar was part of the English Civil War . . . ”
