CT School Bd Votes Not to Fight Judge’s Ruling to Bar Graduation in Megachurch

I was stunned,’ said Vincent McCarthy, the attorney with the American Center for Law and Justice, which is handling the case. ‘I thought the decision was pro forma. We had a good chance.’ . . .
