NY: Local man’s child porn case goes to U.S. Supreme Court

WHEC: “When Khammanivong [originally from Laos] pled guilty he thought he was going to jail for two to three months. In fact, the deal was 10 years in federal prison. His case before the U.S. Supreme court says his 5th, 6th and 14th amendment rights were violated when he couldn’t understand his interpreter.”
