SC: Spartanburg County Council to set prayer policy

Spartanburg Herald-Journal: “Spartanburg County Council will formalize its policy on invocations at public meetings Monday, as prayer in the public square continues to be under increased scrutiny . . . Local officials met with state Attorney General Henry McMaster and other attorneys — including those with the Alliance Defense Fund, a Christian organization — to formulate the new policy.”
