FLDS to target Texas’ bigamy laws

San Angelo Standard-Times: “Attorneys for Wendell Loy Nielsen, the next member of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to go to criminal trial, said at a hearing Tuesday they intend to challenge the Texas bigamy laws their client is charged with violating under amended indictments.”
