Arkansas AG files brief defending adoption ban

KTHV: “The Arkansas attorney general’s office is asking the state supreme court to uphold an adoption ban, voters approved two years ago. It bans unmarried couples who live together, from adopting a child in the state. Some argue it is a law that targets homosexuals and a lower court overturned it.”
