Kagan to oversee emergency appeals for 6th and 7th Circuits

Law.com: “The court on Sept. 28 announced Kagan would be assigned as the circuit justice for the 6th and 7th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals — the same circuits her predecessor John Paul Stevens handled before retiring in June.”
