About Matt Sharp

Matthew Sharp serves as litigation staff counsel with the Alliance Defense Fund at its Atlanta Regional Service Center in Georgia, where he plays a key role in defending and reclaiming the First Amendment rights of students on the ADF Public School Litigation Team. Sharp joined ADF in 2010 and is a member of the bar in Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the U.S. Tax Court. Sharp earned his J.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Law.
