Sebelius. ADF attorneys are co-counsel in the lawsuit with Samuel Casey of Advocates International. Tom Hungar of the law firm Gibson, Dunn, & Crutcher, LLC, will argue before the court in favor of upholding a district court’s preliminary injunction barring federal funding of embryonic stem cell research in light of federal law.
