26 year old Alabama man sentenced on child pornography charge

7th Space: “Former Salem resident Kenneth Allen Ballard, age 26, was sentenced to 210 months in federal prison for knowingly distributing and receiving child pornography over the Internet, United States Attorney Leura G Canary announced today.”
