NY: LeRoy man accused of using child in sex video

Democrat and Chronicle: “Stephen M. Smith of Elm Street, Le Roy, was charged Tuesday with possessing a sexual performance by a child, promoting a sexual performance by a child, and use of a child in a sexual performance, all felonies, said Le Roy Police Detective John Condidorio.”
