LEXIS 11918 (D CO, Feb. 7, 2011), a Colorado federal district court approved a magistrate’s recommendations (2010 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 141090, Dec. 29, 2010) and dismissed a Title VII religious discrimination claim brought by a Seventh Day Adventist against the Denver Police Department Records Bureau. Plaintiff was terminated for refusing to work on Saturdays.”
