Sen. Gerald Dial introduces Ten Commandments amendment

Gerald Dial, R-Lineville, introduced a bill to amend the state constitution to allow the Ten Commandments to be displayed in public schools and buildings . . . The bill, officially Senate Bill 37, is already being eyed by the Alabama branch of the American Civil Liberties Union . . . ”
