Senate Committee Hears Bill To Overturn Missoula Sexual Orientation Ordinance

NBCMontana: “Close to 100 people lined up to testify at a Senate committee hearing to weigh in on a proposal to overturn a Missoula ordinance protecting gays, lesbians, bisexual, and transgender people from discrimination. House bill 516 would prohibit municipalities from making laws protecting groups not already protected by the state’s antidiscrimination laws.”
