FFRF asks Supreme Court to overturn Pledge decision

Freedom from Religion Foundation: The Freedom From Religion Foundation has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to decide whether it is constitutional for public schools to require students to recite or listen to the religious Pledge of Allegiance. FFRF filed a Petition For Writ of Certiorarito the Court on March 25, appealing a November 2010 decision by the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Freedom From Religion Foundation v.
