Ken Clarke: European judges must respect national differences

Telegraph: The Strasbourg-based European Court has been heavily criticised for a range of judgements which appear to overrule the United Kingdom Parliament, including the granting of votes to prisoners and an extension of privacy laws which paved the way for super injunctions.
