SC: No Official Prayer Allowed At Upstate High School’s Graduation Ceremony

WSPA.com: In the past the district left it up to students to vote on whether they wanted to have a prayer. But this year a student says a school endorsed prayer is not legal and so he contacted the Freedom from Religion Foundation about it.
