Georgia Supreme Court Wrongly Rejects Charter School Law

Georgia Family Council: Today, a slim majority of Georgia’s Supreme Court ruled (in a 4 to 3 decision) that the law creating the Georgia Charter Schools Commission is unconstitutional. At stake in the ruling are no less than 16 charter schools serving approximately 15,000 children across the state.
