Maryland: “O’Malley considering next steps on same-sex marriage”

The Washington Post: Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley (D) is weighing whether to sponsor a same-sex marriage bill during next year’s legislation session and is likely to make a decision soon, a spokeswoman said Tuesday.
