Florida Appeals Court Affirms Use of Sharia Law To Determine Whether Arbitration Is Enforceable

Religion Clause: UPI reported yesterday that a Florida state appeals court has affirmed without opinion a decision of a state trial court that Islamic law can be used in deciding whether to enforce an arbitration award between a mosque and certain trustees of the mosque who had been removed from office.
