Ohio: “ACLU threatens lawsuit in attack on gay Union-Scioto student”

The Chillicothe Gazette: The American Civil Liberties Union announced Monday it would seek legal action against Union-Scioto Local Schools if district officials choose not to meet with the ACLU in the wake of an alleged attack Oct. 17 on an openly gay student.
