ACLU Questions Policy On High Schoolers Wearing Rosaries That Are Gang Symbols

Religion Clause: In Brownsville, Texas, the ACLU has filed an open records request with school officials in order to look into the a provision in the high school’s Code of Conduct that bans wearing “religious symbols which have been altered with the intent of causing offense or inciting or promoting gang activity, violence, or other prohibited behaviors.”
