FL: School Board to seek preliminary injunction against pastor leading flagpole prayers

ClayTodayOnline.com: The Clay County School will seek a preliminary injunction against a Green Cove Springs minister who has led prayer at four schools for the past 12 years. Declaring that students’ safety and dangerous traffic situations are a concern, Superintendent Ben Wortham also announced Tuesday, Nov. 22, that he would immediately order principals at those schools to issue trespass letters to the Rev. Ron Baker and his followers if they come onto school grounds after the Thanksgiving holiday.
