Nimocks, will hold a press conference following a hearing Thursday at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in Perry v. Brown. The arguments concern a motion, filed by the official proponents of Proposition 8, that seeks on appeal to have the district court decision that struck down the amendment thrown out on the grounds that then-District Judge Vaughn Walker should have recused himself. The other motion, filed by those seeking to tear down the amendment, seeks an order to unseal video recordings of the district court trial.
