AL.com: Several groups opposed to abortion have filed a complaint calling for the Alabama Department of Public Health to revoke the license of Planned Parenthood in Birmingham, alleging two abortions performed while the clinic was on state probation in 2010 resulted in severe medical problems.

The Life Legal Defense Foundation (LLDF) is urging the United States Supreme Court to review a decision of the Oklahoma Supreme Court striking a ballot initiative that would amend the Oklahoma Constitution to define “person” as “any human being from the beginning of the biological development of that human being to natural death.” In a friend of the court brief filed last week, the LLDF told the Court that the Oklahoma court ruling conflicted with prior Supreme Court precedent and should be reversed.

Life Legal Defense Foundation Declares Phill Kline’s Predicament “Outrageous”

The Life Legal Defense Foundation (LLDF) sent a letter to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) because they threatened and questioned pro-life advocate Andrew Moore at his home in Dallas, Texas on Friday, July 13th.
