Alliance Defending Freedom: It’s days away: The Supreme Court’s marriage decision is expected to come down on June 29.
OneNewsNow.com: This is a biological fact and not a state of mind,” notes Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) attorney Austin R. Nimocks. “So the court was right to uphold marriage by not buying into the delusion that people can actually change their sex.”
Charisma: “A person’s sex is a biological fact, not a state of mind, and altering one’s outer appearance doesn’t change that,” says Austin R. Nimocks, senior legal counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund—which helped fund the case “The court was right to uphold marriage by affirming the reality that a person’s sex cannot be changed.”
Relying on a previous ruling that sex is determined at birth and not changed by later surgical procedures, a Texas court Thursday declared that the “marriage” of a man who led another man to believe he is a woman is null and void. The Alliance Defense Fund provided funding for the case.
