Ill. High Court to hear pharmacists rights of conscience case

The Illinois Supreme Court is slated to hear complaints about Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s three-year-old order requiring pharmacists to dispense emergency contraception . . . The case is Morr-Fitz v. Blagojevich.
