Marriage jeopardized after Calif. high court decision
unless voters approve amendment
California Supreme Court strikes down Proposition 22; ADF attorneys
say decision is “perfect example” of need for marriage amendment
SAN FRANCISCO — The California Supreme Court ruled 4–3 Thursday that Proposition 22, the California Defense of Marriage Act, which defines marriage as the union of one man and one woman, is unconstitutional. Alliance Defense Fund attorneys who defended Proposition 22 note that the outcome illustrates precisely why a state law alone is not sufficient to protect marriage.
“The government should promote and encourage strong families. The only way to make sure it does so in California is to amend the state constitution to protect marriage. That’s ultimately the only avenue to ensure that no one interferes with the will of the people,” said ADF Senior Counsel Glen Lavy, who argued before the court (www.telladf.org/news/story.aspx?cid=4413).
“The ruling from the court today ignores the will of the people of California who approved Proposition 22. The voters realize that defining marriage as one man and one woman is important because the government should not, by design, deny a child both a mother and father,” Lavy explained. “The court’s decision clearly demonstrates that marriage is not ultimately safe from tampering by activists and others in government until the voters have amended the constitution.”
Californians will likely have the opportunity to vote on a proposed amendment in November. The text of the proposed amendment is available at www.protectmarriage.com/read.php.

How exactly is marriage threatened by more people wanting to get married? The logic here continues to allude me.
For even nature itself tells you why! Even if you don’t believe God designed that marriage is between a man and a woman.

Marriage is threatened when it is redefined into oblivion. This isn’t about more or less people getting married. It is about radically altering the meaning of marriage through a change of definition.

New book proves homosexuality to be psychological dysfunction.
My name is Luis T. Puig, I am a former US Navy Submarine Force Career Veteran and I just published a book called “What Nature Intended, Six Factors Demonstrating Homosexuality to be a Dysfunction”, which will be widely available after 12 December 2009. In it I demonstrate Homosexuality to be a psychiatric problem not entitled to extra rights likes the rights to marriage, based on studies upon studies by many renound PhD psychiatric doctors who have worked with people aflicted with what is called Gender Identity Disorder, the genesis of Homosexuality.

Three years ago I decided to put my nuclear analysis skills to use in the defense of our society, which is currently under constant attack by forces that want to turn our country upside down, with unnatural standards and out of control liberalism, and so I set out to write this book, the first in a series demonstrating the reality of many issues and why they are wrong, including Homosexuality.

This book gives you the ammunition to stop on their tracks any pro gay-rights and pro-gay marriage advocates with undeniable Science and Facts about the true Nature of Homosexuals and their sick life style. I have already used (in brief) the arguments I used in my book and the liberals and gay activists have not been able to shut down any of my points. All they do in return is just hurtle personnal insults, a sign of desperation and inability to counter the facts I present in defense of my points.
I hope this book can help in the fight against inmorality and in the defense of our society.
