There are only two sex in the whole world regardless its sexual preference, a man and a woman. And there are rights for them already.We can’t create another kind of sex, never.

Even legal experts who support hom ose xualist causes such as Eugene Volokh (UCLA) and Chai Feldblum (Georgetown University) have acknowledged that sexual orientation laws and their inevitable corollary, “g ay marriage,” will ultimately force the end of “discriminatory” practices against ho mosex ual persons by even “private entities, including Boy-Scout-like organizations, churches, religious universities, and other institutions” (so Volokh; go here and here).

This excerpt in particular, “…argue that marriage, as historically and currently constructed, constitutes a normative harm that should be dismantled by society overall…” is critical, I think. It IS a normative harm to society, if that society is propelling itself toward a more liberal philosophy. This society was not and is not based on a lack of moral discipline, but rather on a commitment to it. It is the discipline of a society that protects it, not a complete abandonment of social norms that are rooted in both natural law and, as is the U.S., a moral law. If this change occurs, then the source of strength of this country will dissipate.
