Florida: Volusia leader calls for domestic partner ordinance
News-Journal: “County Councilman Joshua Wagner wants the Volusia County Council to consider passing a domestic partnership ordinance Thursday that would allow a legal relationship to be formed between two unmarried adults, regardless of gender. It would be a contractual relationship, but not a marriage, Wagner said.”
