“Church loses appeal for injunction in Gilbert sign-code case”
Arizona Republic: “The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed an Arizona District Court decision to deny Good News Presbyterian Church, represented by the Alliance Defense Fund, an injunction against a signage code that it says violates its First Amendment rights . . . ‘Obviously we’re disappointed that the court affirmed the injunction denial but we’re pleased that it remanded (the case to district court),’ said Defense Fund attorney David Cortman.”
