Attorney: We won’t let Nampa Classical Academy shut down

Idaho Press Tribune: “The school and Charter Commission have clashed over the use of the Bible and other religious texts in the Academy’s classrooms. Cortman, of the Alliance Defense Fund, represents the school in a federal lawsuit against the state asking a judge to allow the school to use religious texts in a cultural context . . . ‘The purpose of this is to keep the school open but also to protect its Constitutional rights,’ Cortman said of the lawsuit.”
