Dutch Government Cited By EC For Anti-Discrimination Exception



Religion Clause blog reports: "Last week, the European Commission notified eleven member states that they have failed to fully implement the EU’s rules prohibiting discrimination in employment . . . In practice, this means that Christian schools can refuse to hire gays and lesbians. The government has two months to respond . . . "
