State tries to shut down Dallas strip club
WFAA.com reports: “Dallas police say more than stripping goes on in at Rick’s Cabaret. While known as the Penthouse Club, the club more than a dozen violations for prostitution. In 2006, the city eventually closed it down, but the owners kept the liquor license and opened it right up again as the Executive Club, which also had problems with prostitution. It too eventually closed, but also kept its liquor license and was eventually turned into Rick’s Cabaret.”
