Georgia Supreme Court rules vaccine suit can proceed



How Appealing reports that the Georgia Supreme Court has ruled that a suit brought by parents alleging that a child hood vaccine caused neurological damage to their child can go forward. “In a landmark decision, the state high court unanimously ruled that Marcelo and Carolyn Ferrari’s lawsuit is not barred by the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act.”
