S.D., counseling centers appeal informed consent law

Sioux City Journal (AP): “Two South Dakota pregnancy counseling centers have joined the state in appealing a ruling that struck down two provisions of a 2005 law requiring informed consent to abortion . . . Harold Cassidy, an attorney for the groups intervening, said they also appealed to the full court because it has already heard the case and ruled on parts of it, and the issue is significant.”
