NJ same-sex “marriage” battle is likely over

To pass, a bill needs 21 affirmative votes. A head count last week showed 13 senators publicly supporting same-sex marriage, including just one Republican, with 18 senators definitely opposed. The remaining nine said they were either undecided or unwilling to state their positions.”
