Supreme Court to hear Washington state R-71 signature disclosure case

Bloomberg: “The U.S. Supreme Court will consider whether the Constitution bars disclosure of the names of people who sign petitions to put a referendum before voters, agreeing to hear an appeal from opponents of same-sex marriage.”
