RI: General Assembly bill would ease penalty for sexting

Providence Journal: “A bill that would protect minors who ‘sext’ — or send sexually explicit photos and videos of themselves electronically — from being prosecuted under the state child pornography law could make its way to the General Assembly by the end of the week.”
