10th Cir: Evangelical Church Wins Long-Running Land Use Battle with Boulder County, Colorado

The Examiner: “The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals today rejected Boulder County’s appeal of the 2008 jury decision that allowed the church to expand. In November 2008, Rocky Mountain Christian Church of Niwot won a case in Denver’s federal district court that Boulder County had violated the church’s civil rights by refusing them the permits for major expansions–even though they had recently granted similar permits for a secular organization.”
