Wisconsin Court: Former homosexual partner not a legal parent under state law

Green Bay Press Gazette (AP): “After the couple broke up in 2008, the woman identified in court records only as Wendy wanted to be named a legal guardian of them. Her partner objected. The District 4 Court of Appeals says Wendy “is not a parent” under Wisconsin law.”
