Troopers not immune in pro-life suit

OneNewsNow: “The [4th Circuit] recently [denied] several state police officers’ request for immunity from a lawsuit that stems from an incident in August 2008 when they handcuffed and arrested a group of peaceful pro-lifers. . . . [ADF Attorney Daniel Blomberg] says that request was made before his group ‘even had a chance to undergo discovery. Before we had a chance to really get into the case, the courts would just kick out this portion of the plaintiff’s complaint against them.’”
