Anti-abortion students withdraw Minn. school suit

The Albert Lea Tribune: Attorneys for the Alliance Defense Fund filed the lawsuit on behalf of the group in federal court in April. The lawsuit alleged the high school denied the club the same benefits and access it provides to other groups.
