Pittsylvania County trying to get ACLU prayer lawsuit dismissed

GoDanRiver.com: Pittsylvania County has formally filed a legal request to have the prayer lawsuit against the Board of Supervisors thrown out. Bill Stanley, who is representing the board free of charge, filed the motion today (Thursday) in Danville federal court.
