Federal judge dismisses suit challenging Senate filibuster

U.S. News and World Report: A judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Senate rules that establish a 60-vote threshold for defeating filibusters. U.S. District Judge Emmet G.
