One News Now: “ADF concerned about Planned Parenthood’s fraud”
Alliance Defending Freedom attorney Casey Mattox told OneNewsNow a federal district judge threw out the lawsuit sending it to the Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. “The lower court dismissed the case saying that we had not said enough in our complaint to be able to go forward,” he reported, “and in part, one of the things that Planned Parenthood has been demanding is that we list the names of women who received services, including abortions at Planned Parenthood in order to be able to continue with our claim.” But the attorney explained that’s impossible because of privacy rights under federal law.
